What began as a small show window gallery in Itaewon has grown into a larger creative exhibition space in Gangnam.
Today, our gallery serves as a platform for the fiber arts community, hosting rotating exhibitions, brand showcases, pop-up events, and special installations throughout the year. The space celebrates the versatility of yarn through knitting, crochet, weaving, tufting, textile art, and other fiber-based creations.
We are proud to collaborate with artists and creators who work with Nakyangyarn, providing both materials and a dedicated space to share their work with the public. While our exhibitions initially focused on local Korean creators, we are increasingly welcoming artists from around the world, creating opportunities for cultural exchange and new collaborations.

At Studio Nakyang, we provide photography services for artists creating works using Nakyangyarn products. We provide high-definition quality photography services to artists in need of promoting their brands. Exquisite results are achieved with ample natural light in the studio, and the three floors, including a rooftop cover a various range of ambience that ensures quality.
Place Nakyang is a space provided free of charge to creators who work with Nakyangyarn products. Most of our products are showcased in this delicately designed place and waiting to be experienced by yarn-workers. We also offer this place as a creator’s residency for knitting and crochet designers to support their business. Creators-in-residence are provided with various benefits for their business.
